Our Story
A legacy of kindness and connection
In 2004, a passionate group of professionals and volunteers united to transform the lives of elderly and disabled seniors across the islands.
Their work took shape as DLMC Inc. in 2009, and in 2015 became Kamaʻaina Healthcare Services — known for compassionate in-home assisted living and personalized care that addresses body, mind, and spirit. We celebrate life through our services and embody the spirit of aloha.

Our compassionate team of RNs and LPNs provides personalized in-home medical services — medication management, wound care, G-tube feeding, and more, ensuring a comfortable and fulfilling life.
Home Care Services
Personalized support to enhance your quality of life — light housekeeping, companionship, running errands, and assistance with daily activities in a nurturing environment.
I/DD Medicaid Waiver Services
Person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities — daily living skills, personal care, social skills, and community involvement, plus respite for caregivers.
Private Client Services
Personalized in-home assistance to maintain independence and confidence — companionship, skilled nursing, and support with bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
